Free Online Workshop:

My Doctor Says I Have Prediabetes. Now What?

If you've recently been told you have prediabetes, you may be feeling overwhelmed, confused, or even scared.

The good news? A prediabetes diagnosis doesn't have to define your future.

In this practical, interactive workshop, you'll walk away with your first steps and a focus for how you want to build habits you can actually stick with—even if life feels busy and chaotic.

Saturday, August 15, 2026 | 1:00 PM EST | Zoom

You left the doctor's office thinking...

"I know what I should do to improve my health, but I've tried before and it didn't stick."

"I don't have time to overhaul my entire life."

"They make it seem like eating better and exercising more is the simple answer, but it doesn't feel simple. I don't know how I'm going to make these changes."

"I'm terrified I'm going to end up with diabetes, but I don't know where to begin."

"I'm not cut out for 'healthy living.' My knees are bad, and I can't exercise. And, nobody is ever going to make me eat chicken and broccoli every day."

If any of that sounds familiar, this workshop is for you.

Why This Workshop Is Different

Most advice tells you what to do.

Eat better. Exercise. Lose weight. Stress less. Sleep more.

But if it were that simple, you wouldn't still be wondering where to start or how to make it stick.

This workshop goes beyond information to help you take meaningful action—one step at a time.

During this workshop, you'll discover:

What a prediabetes diagnosis really means—and why it isn't a life sentence.

The lifestyle changes that have the biggest impact on blood sugar.

Why trying to "be perfect" often backfires.

A simple way to decide where to start based on your real life—not someone else's.

How to build healthy habits that are realistic enough to last.

ABOUT THE COACH & WORKSHOP HOST

Hi, I'm Sheryl Davis

Diabetes has touched my family in far too many ways.

I grew up watching my mom struggle with Type 2 diabetes, and I've also lost people I dearly love to complications of the disease.

For much of my life, I worried that diabetes was in my future because of my family history, even though I knew lifestyle could make a difference. That uncertainty about the risk eventually motivated me to better understand what I could influence.

As I learned more, I discovered the powerful role nutrition, movement, stress management, sleep, and other lifestyle habits play in supporting long-term health.

But knowing what to do didn't automatically translate into taking those actions.

What I also needed to learn is that lasting change doesn't come from willpower or perfection. It comes from understanding yourself, making choices that fit your life, building new habits one step at a time, and knowing how to keep going when life gets messy.

As a health coach, I'm here to help you find practical, sustainable ways to improve your health that fit your life, reflect your values, and support what matters most to you.

Together, we'll bridge the gap between knowing what you should do and making healthier choices part of everyday life.

If you've recently been told you have prediabetes and you're wondering where to start, I'd be honored to help you take those first steps with confidence.
